Butte Cobras inked another former Osseo (MN) product last week in goaltender Dale Pfannenstein. He joins fellow Minnesotan Caleb Cross, a goalie from Mankato West, who also recently committed to the Cobras.
Pfannenstein is a three-year varsity player at Osseo High School. He also played in the Minnesota High Performance 18U Fall League as a member of the Walleye AA team. Pfannenstein posted a 3.64 GAA and .917 save% in 11 games played.
Coach Kirk Golden was impressed with the play of Pfannenstein saying, “Dale did outstanding for us in Edina at the Capstone Invitational. He is a very skilled goaltender with a large frame. Dale tracks the puck extremely well and is able to toughen the angle for opposing shooters.”
