It may not have seemed friendly, but the Butte Irish welcomed the Yellowstone Quake to the Community Ice Center for a weekend series. 20 goals later the Irish had swept the visitors with a pair of victories, winning 11-2 on Friday before a 9-5 result the following night.
Rookie forward Easton Langemo led all scorers with a pair of hat tricks while adding three assists in the two games. The nine point weekend was an impressive debut by the 19-year old from Shakopee, Minnesota.
NA3HL scoring leader Andrew Browe added four points to his season total of 20 points, scoring a goal along with three helpers. Weston VIllers added six assists to his account, now currently tenth in league scoring with 15 points.
Other standout offensive performances included Kazden Stineff (three goals, four assists), Loghan Weber (two goals, three assists), Rocco Watson (goal, five assists) and two goals by Zach Pilkinton.
